Permalinks WooCommerce problems

Hello,
I have problems with permalinks as I described in a threat:

On a front page in Webshop, there are only products shown, when I click on product, it works and the link is like SHOP/PRODUCT/PRODUCTNAME, when I click on category (right side there is woocommerce category menu), it opens 404 page and the link is like SHOP/PRODUCT-CATEGORY/PRODUCTNAME. Is it possible that I make wrong setup by categories or something in this way?Best regards,
