Permalinks "Product-Category" and "Product" to be the same?

Hi,

I am wanting to use the same structure for my ‘Product-Category’ as I do ‘Product’

Here is an example:

The product (ie ‘Harbour Bridge’) is located:
https://www.url.com/galleries/sydney/harbour-bridge/

I would like the user to be able to navigate to the category (ie ‘Sydney’) by just deleting Harbour Bridge
https://www.url.com/galleries/sydney

As it stands I seem to have to have a different name for product-category and product? Is there anyway to make the above happen?
