Permalinks problem in IIS6 server

I hosted one of my on IIS6 server. then I move one of my site to the new site.
Now my problem with permalink. on my site https://expresssanantonio.news-locally.com/about-us/ link show like this. but its not working.
If i use https://expresssanantonio.news-locally.com/index.php/about-us/
Then it works.
NOw I want to remove index.php from website URL, this is not good for SEO.
Also my old site url is without index.php

How can i remove index.php from my URL
