    Does anyone know now or is able to direct me to something useful?

    I’ve searched through the forums and on google, but nothing seems to work. (to get rid of those index.php)

    The permalinks do work, but I have to do it manually, even after .htaccess chmod to 777. But the code is not displayed even though wordpress does not write it in itself.

    Please help. This is frustrating. :[

    My host have tried countless methods and nothing seems to work. Has anyone else faced the same problem?

    Having the same problem. Why is no-one helping in this forum!
