    Hi AutoPilot,

Thanks for pointing that out. We didn’t know that this was happening, and we’ll check to see if it was something that was caused by a recent update.

We should have a fix out this week.

    Really? That’s great news ??

I hope to use your plugin for our company FAQ, providing support for a lot of our customers. It looks promising – especially your swiftness in handling support requests, it’s very professional.

I see version 0.19 includes “Fixed the cross-browser FAQ opening compatibility issue”

However, I’m still seeing the bug in IE and FF after updating and clearing cache.

    Anybody else seeing this?

    Thanks ??

    Hi AutoPilot,

We accessed your webpage through Chrome, FF and IE(7&8). All browsers had the same behaviour, they all expanded one FAQ, and listed the other FAQs.

Are there any errors thrown by IE and FF? If so, please list them.

    Regards,

Hot diggity! It works here as well ?? I’m guessing some sort of caching problem, since a reboot worked, where emptying cache did not.

Thanks a lot for the input, this is wonderful ??
