Permalinks on front page

    I cant seem to fix the links on my front page but every other page works fine with links, I contacted altushost yesterday and they checked everything on their end and said it was working as it should be that it was probably a wordpress issue.

    I have tried everything below.
    cloaked links/no cloaked links, no plugins/plugins reverting everything to default deleting the htaccess and remaking it etc but all the links on my front page always include my url in them first which results in a 404

    I think I fixed it apparently some seo plugins were messing up my link structure some how the only plugin i am using now is mbp ninja affiliate along with a security and a rotating banner plugin.

    I guess some authors of seo plugins might need to elaborate a bit more on how they might affect links and how to switch it off.
