Hi, I have an issue with my permalinks. Whenever I switch them to “postname” the posts on the page show “The page can’t be found”. I use custom post types from JetEngine. I tried almost everything I found online. Do I need to change something in my htaccess file?

The broken URL of one of the posts looks like this:
    https://schulfahrtenservice.de/bausteine/escape-game-mix/
“bausteine” is the name of the post-type and “escape-game-mix” is the post name.

The “Using Permalinks” page didn’t help me find a solution.

    Can someone help me?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Does the same thing happen for the default post types (Posts, Pages) when you use Post Name? If so, you’ll want to reach out to your host about how to get Pretty Permalinks working properly.
