Hi, we have been experiencing permalinks issues that are most probably caused by ASE.

We use bricks builder, woocommerce, and when permalinks and endpoints are changed for woocomerce, every morning we have to regenerate permalinks in order for to be able even to open pages in bricks editor or for templates to display on front end.

After we disabled ASE, everything is working fine for few days now.

We use latest versions of everything.

@levelupsa thank you for reporting this. Can you explain in more details what you mean by “when permalinks and endpoints are changed for woocomerce”?

Also, what exactly happened when you open pages in Bricks editor? An error of some kind? What error?

Also, what happened / what was the issue when you try to view (Bricks? WooCommerce?) templates on the frontend?

More details, maybe some screenshots, or a screencast will help clarify the issue you are seeing, and make troubleshooting easier.

When we change permalinks from defaults, examples in images. Bricks error is when trying to edit any template.

@levelupsa apologies for the belated response. I tried viewing the screenshots you sent, but all three URLs says “That page doesn’t exist. The requested page was not found.”

@levelupsa thank you. I can view them, but I don’t speak your language. Could you send a screenshot where you highlight which part you’re modifying and what the meaning is in English?

p.s. alternatively, you can temporarily change your admin language to English and take another set of screenshots.

@qriouslad There is nothing special about it, it’s just permalink settings for WordPress and woocomerce. First one, error it said “Invalid article type”. When ASE enabled, every day we have to re-save permalinks in order to templates be functioning.

@levelupsa I’m sure it’s pretty simple, but can you make my job a little bit easier?

You said, “When we change permalinks from defaults”… can you let me know which permalink you changed from what to what? e.g. from ‘products’ to ‘shohin’… stuff like that.

I’m asking these detailed question so I can try and replicate your issue on my test site.
