Permalinks is randomly changing to post name?

Hi!
I have energyshop.se which I am using the permalinks custom structure https://energyshop.se/%postname%/
but randomly it changes from that radio button option to post name https://energyshop.se/sample-post/ which f***s my site up and only way to fix it is to manually go into permalinks and change it back.
Why does this happen and how do I fix it? It has occurred about 5 times and SEEMS to happen more and more frequently.
