    Dear Jetpack.

Wokeup this morning to discover that permalink structure will not stay set to custom structure post name. After disabling all plugins, it is Jetpack. This seems to be a recurring problem with Jetpack and I don’t understand why.

I started off attempting to reset the permalink structure, but as stated custom structure does not save and setting reverts back to “post name” only – not rendering any media images.

Went into media library to check slug and there are NO slugs associated with media/pages. Changed this – still no images.
Using private browser, clicked on main image of front page only to have a 404 page not found error.

None of the images to include my logo would render properly.
As soon as I disabled Jetpack plugin – all images except for logo are now visible.

Please advise: how it is possible to utilize Jetpack plugin AND keep images simultaneously.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there

That’s unusual, Jetpack shouldn’t affect your permalink settings. Have you made any changes in your wp-config.php file?

We will need to see what happens when Jetpack is activated in order to troubleshoot this. Can you activate Jetpack again and let us know so that we can take a look?
