Permalinks gone after upgrade

    I just did an automatic upgrade to 2.8 and now the pages and all the posts can’t be found. I was having a problem with pages not being found before the upgrade, and now the whole site went down. I have disabled all the plugins and that was a no go. I have uninstalled all the admin and includes folders and installed fresh copies.

    Just posted a new post to the site and it worked but all the past posts and pages links still don’t work. Hope to have a fix to this soon. You can check out the progress at https://www.theweatherobserver.com

    Can somebody please example why all the posts are still there in the database, but can’t see them on the site? That is the only problem I am having right now.

    Fixed the problem, the post status was set to 0 instead of publish. Will work on fixing the pages now.

    I’m having the same problem. Can u tell me how and where to rectify the problem? I can see all my posts in the dashboard but its not showing on the web. I’m not very techie and have been trying to find the solution for the past 5 days.

    Please help.
