Permalinks for "Shop Base" Selection 404s on Product Page

Hi,
I’m not sure at which point this happened but I previously had the permalinks for my site setup perfectly with the “shop base”.
https://www.barrgo.com/equipment/sample-product/
With one of the Woocommerce updates the permalinks changed and I went back in to change to a shop base structure and when doing so all of the product pages render 404s.
I have since changed to a “product based” permalink structure because it does not render 404s but the structure
https://www.barrgo.com/product/sample-product/
Please provide any solutions there may be to fix this and what the problem could be.
