Permalinks for child pages

    I have been asked to add some child pages to my events page (such as event faqs) these are displayed as a dropdown from Events in the main menu, but when I click on a child link for example

    /events/event-faqs/

    I am taken to a 404 page.

    Is there a way around this to get the link to take me to the FAQ page?
