permalinks dont work well

We have some trouble to insert the permalinks the right way. We now have it like this:
/
/winkel/
/winkel/categorie-name/
/winkel/categorie-name/product namethe problem is the link /winkel/ works well. but when its /winkel/ with a categorie behind it then you get a 404 error. When we than change /winkel/categorie-name/ to /winkel1/categorie-name/ its working fine. but for our SEO structuur we want to have this the same, how can we change this and why does this not work correctly?

I understand you want to keep the/shoppart in the category pages. You can use the Custom Permalinks for WooCommerce available in the WooCommerce.com store.
