Permalinks creation wrong

  • Hi everyone,

    you cannot see the page because my site is still work-in-progress, anyway…
    The problem is the following: from a certain point, when I create a page, the permalink to the page is not working at all, the page is not reachable.

    The weird thing is that all “old” permalinks to the older pages are still working properly and I can’t figure out the difference…

    I followed every tutorial I found on the Web, tried to switch to default permalinks and then again to the correct format, I tried to use some plugins in order to find broken links and all of that told me that all permalinks are working well… But that’s not true!

    I can’t go on further with my experience, could you help me please?

    So the new page’s permalink appears to be correct, but it fails to load the page?

    I suspect interference from a plugin or your current theme. I suggest you install and activate the health-check plugin. Open the plugin’s page under Dashboard. Check the status tab for any indicated issues. Then invoke troubleshooting mode. The problem should be resolved now (for newly created pages, the broken pages may still be broken), but working only in this view. Use the troubleshooting admin bar item to restore your theme and plugins, one at a time. Test after each. When the problem returns, the last activated moddule is the cause.
