Permalinks change the def

    use the Permalinks
    the categorys url
    /category/drivers/
    and tag url
    /tag/xxxx/

    now i want to change the default Permalinks
    /category/drivers/=>/cate-drivers
    and
    /tag/xxxx/=>/tag-xxxx/

    how to do this?
