Permalinks and multiple installation problem…

  • So:

    domain.com <<– root installation
    domain.com/subfolder/ <<— sub installation…

    domain.com/post_id/title/ <<<—- root permalink
    domain.com/subfolder/post_id/title/ <<—- would be the subfolder installation permalink…

    But they are not working… The only page i can access from the subfolder installation is the index… If i click on a category or a post, the root wordpress will take over. I think i should tell the root installation to ignore the urls starting with domain.com/subfolder/ and let the sub installation take over?

    How can i do that? htaccess? Im not good at that.

    Please help.
