permalinks and feed

Hi!I have 2 problems about wordpress.
1.When i use permalinks my comments rss won’t load.Says No input file specified.Have a look at https://www.ninoswebjourney.com .
2.I host multiple sites on the same isp including the blog.How can i use wordpress for more than 1 site?
