Permalinks and default structure and issues

I rather like the default struction as in

https://www.my-blog.com/?p=123
https://www.my-blog.com/?page_id=123

(I am probably one of the only ones)

I wouldn’t mind adding the /post(page)titel

however.

also, all my media I ftp since I couldn’t get the dashboard attachment feature to work properly.

When I now change to permalinks the images get red-xed. Used as pathname: wp-content/uploads and then relevant path. Would that issue be done with, if I used the wp-attachment feature?

Even with permalinks enabled, the id will still lead to the correct post (which is what I want).

So anyhow, anybody now how to get rid of the image issue?
