Permalinks and category base

Hi!

I created the following categories:
– blog (with some children categories: musica, dise?o…)
– academico
– profesional

Then I set the category base to “blog”, so permalinks would look like this
https://www.mysite.com/blog/musica
https://www.mysite.com/blog/diseno

But I didn’t notice posts in “academico” or “profesional” don’t fit into blog, so I wonder how I could change the category base to “proyectos” for only those two categories without screwing permalinks.

I have tried the plugin “redirection” but I did not work (or maybe I didn’t set it up correctly)
