Permalinks all screwed up, throwing 404 but other, unupdaded site still works.

    Yes, I did. Here is the solution.
    When resetting permalinks didn’t work, I deactivated woocommerce then reactivated it. That was the kicker, I guess!
    Very strange, this was the first time resetting permalinks wouldn’t work and it scared me. I’m glad we got it sorted out.
