Permalinks addressing incorrect

Hi

I’ve just moved a wordpress installation for one hosting site to another
Whilst waiting for the nameservers to activate I set up the new installation by using the IP address so all the pages are addressed
https://188.65.115.131/~akacsec/links/ etc. instead of https://www.mywebsite.com/links/

Is there a way of changing all of these to https://www.mywebsite.com/links/?
