Permalink Uri Resets on its own

Hi There,
We’ve encountered this issue a while ago where the permalink uris were reset automatically. We were able to fix it by uploading the permalink uri we backed up but now the issue keeps showing up. Almost every week the permalink resets by itself. We were quite unsure what was the cause. Aside from Yoast SEO’s permalink checker cron(wpseo_permalink_structure_check) that runs once per day, there weren’t any other permalink manager plugin.

Could you check if the “Automatically fix broken URIs” and “Permalink update” options are turned off in the plugin settings?
Thank you, could you also check if the size of the custom permalinks array does not exceed 1MB. WPEngine can automatically remove it then:
