Permalink to page ID

Is it possible to get a permalink to a page ID that doesn’t switch the current language.

Example:

My site is in dutch and english.

On my homepage I’ve got a button to my page ‘About us’, in dutch it’s ‘Over ons’.
This button is defined in my page template and used the page ID of ‘About us’. Now if I’m pressing this button when I’m on the dutch version of my site, I’ll get redirect to the ‘About us’ page, and not the ‘Over ons’ page.

Is it possible to make a button with a permalink to a page that automatically adjusts to the current language of the site?
