Permalink Title did not save when I hit Publish

Yesterday shortly after I published a post, I noticed it did not pull the Title name to the post, it gave it a funky number. Like https://www.mysitename/8291. This has never happened before. Without thinking, I edited the permalink, clicked OK, and Update. It has the correct title now, but I don’t know the original permalink with the funky number to be able to input it in “Redirect” Is there a way to find an old permalink?
