To install and activate, go to Plugins > Add New … Upload Plugin
To use, go to Tools > NextGEN Gallery Reset

We do not offer specific support for the Reset Tool plugin as is but it can help in many circumstances, please let us know if it does.

I did reset as instructed. But it doesn’t help with this situation. Anything else I can try?

This incorrect URL path actually leads to another issue

Generated incorrect path with extra “/-toronto”
https://bkdp.alocus.com/home-renovation-image-gallery-toronto/gallery/-toronto/urban-retreat

But the actual path to the album is actual without “/-toronto” as the above link yield no image found. And the actual album is here
https://bkdp.alocus.com/home-renovation-image-gallery-toronto/gallery/urban-retreat

@michaelcfdunn – Something appears to be affecting the path being generated by NextGEN Gallery, have you tried re-inserting the display now that you have run the reset option?

Not sure what is re-insearting the display, please kindly elaborate.

But I did create this code on my page after reset.

@michaelcfdunn – The generated shortcode you shared looks fine as far as I can tell (re-inserting a display would be basically removing that shortcode then re-starting the process with the Insert Gallery Window interface).
