• I found 2 posts on this topic, both of them closed.

    In one it referenced fields in Settings –> General that were not there.

    In the other they suggested editing the wp-config.php file which I did:

    define(‘DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE’, ‘www.missourifreepress.com’);

    to the new domain. But when I create a new post the permalink is still showing the old domain!

    I am about at the end of my abilities to trouble shoot this!
    Any ideas? TIA

    I don’t see how to edit the above post. Just wanted to see if anyone were alive here. It’s been 2 days!

    I had a friend suggest the following:

    1. Log in to cpanel
    2. Open PHPMyAdmin
    3. On the left, expand the database.
    4. Find the table that says wp_options
    5. The first entry should be the siteurl
    6. On that first line where siteurl is, click Edit.
    7. Type in your new domain URL

    I did this but it screwed up the look of the site so much (for some unknown reason) that I reversed what I had done.
