Permalink shortcode problem

  • I have made some images on my site into links and having had some plugin troubles and having had to turn plugins off and on again I now find that the shortcode links to from these images no longer work. See
    https://www.ridgeway-online.com/home/products/
    these images now refer to the folder where the site is hosted and to the default permalink eg https://www.ridgeway-online.com/ws/?page_id=5247 but having done the .htaccess index.php thing and selected post name as the permalink setting this is all wrong and I have no idea how to fix it.
    I’d really appreciate some help with this even guidance as to where I could go to learn how to wrangle shortcodes/permalinks so this doesnt happen again. Thanks.
