Permalink Settings -Performance Down

    I have 100 pages and 3500 posts on my blog. when i dont set the permalink i can see only 80 to 100 sql queries are executing but i need to use the permalink for seo reason i go through this /%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%.html but i see the huge different that 680 queries are running now.

    Is there any way to reduce or fliter my sql query execution.I visited almost all the article regarded to this issue. but i dont get the answer for this type problem.
