Permalink Settings page not rendering

I have a couple of issues. We recently moved from an apache server to litespeed. Copied everything over and it looked fine. However, any interior pages do not work, so I figured there was a problem with the permalink settings. When I attempted to goto the permalink settings page, it only renders half of the sidebar (down to plugins) and then everything else is empty.

I did a core reinstall, disabled all plugins, reverted my .htaccess file to a most basic one, made sure it is chmod to 777, all to no avail. All the other settings pages work fine.

I also tried installing WP into a new directory, fresh install and got the exact same problem.
