Permalink Settings

When I use ‘Post name’ in my Permalink common settings, I cannot get your plugin to work correctly. Is this a known issue or do I have to configure the plugin differently. I have several other sites where the plugin works perfectly, however, the permalink common settings is set to the default ‘plain’ for those sites.
