Permalink seo issues help

Guys can anyone help im just wondering what the best permalink is to use these days?Ive changed mine a few times i use seo platium not all in one seo..problem is my posts are taking up 2 days to show on the internet when they used to show up within a few hours..also my titles do not show correct ..is this a seo issue? ..im just wondering if its somthing silly im missing …my website is https://www.boxofficefootball.com
