Permalink Question

I would like to have an individual permallink in my page and I would like to create a page which contains a landingpage and subsequent posts should belong to the page, that is I create the page smartphone and have the page test.com. I want to have the page structure like this:
test.com/smartphone/iphone-X

How do I set this up in your plugin? Thanks ??
