Permalink problems in WP 2.0

After upgrading to WP 2.0:
– cannot access any “Page” within WP unless permalinks are set to default.
– after saving anything in my embedded Gallery2, the response is:
“OK
The document has moved here.”When clicking on “here”, the correct page appears.
