    Hi there!

I am experiencing a problem with the links and the languages. I am currently using Polylang 2.1.6. I do have two languages, DE and EN.

The thing is that the link to the definitions is based on the language of WordPress instead of the language of the website defined by Polylang, or in another words:

If I do activate “German” as the language of the website the plugin shows me “projekte/xxx/wordpress/de/lexikon/stick-slip/” as link.

If I do activate “English” now as language of the website the plugin shows me “projekte/xxx/wordpress/en/lexicon/stick-slip-en/” as link.

Which would be basically fine. But WordPress is set to “German” so the link leads to a 404 because WP is expecting this link “projekte/xxx/wordpress/en/lexikon/stick-slip-en/”. With “lexikon” written in german, because the language of WP is set to “German”. If I choose “English” as language of WP I do have the same problem the other way around.

Searching and trying a lot I would assume this as a bug or am I overseeing something here?

    Best regards
    El Asador Aleman
