Permalink Problem

So I set in SETTINGS > PERMALINKS to use

custom /%postname%/

and my blog post comes out with this permalink with the garble at the end of the string;

The /#.Ua8J8ZywXzc is the problem – for SEO you do not want it there

Any ideas what/why & how to remove ?
