• In a page with a form it, I used the slug: free
    so the permalink is:
    https://website/free/
After I submitted the form, I checked the related form entries at the backend, and found there is no new entry.
But if I type the url below in the address bar of the browser:
    https://website/ free/
(there is a space before free)
Then I can see the new entry after I submitted the form.

If I change the slug to other words, it also works.
But I want to keep the slug being “free”.

    How to solve it.

  • Have you confirmed to be ABSOLUTELY SURE there’s no space in front of the title or slug?

No, you can’t confirm a space by simply looking at it ??

I changed the permalink to other words, it works.
    /abc, /gift, /fre, /fregift
But if it starts with free, then it doesn’t work.
    e.g. /free-gift, /free_1, /freegift.

    Very strange.
I need it to be /free.
