Permalink pretty url gotcha

Just a heads up for those having problems with permalinks with pretty urls.

1. be sure your httpd.conf has mod_rewrite enabled
2. be sure to AllowOverride in your <Directory> declaration

   <Directory "/Path/To/Htdocs">
       Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews
       AllowOverride All
       Order allow,deny
       Allow from all
   </Directory>

3. be sure there are no conflicts with other plugins
