  • Hi Oldrich,

    1) If you go to Settings->Basic and scroll down to “Permalink Type”, is it set to Main or Individual?

    2) Then, if you go to Settings->Premium and scroll down to “FAQ Slug Base”, can you let us know what you’ve set it as?

    1) Individual
    2) “ufaqs” – OK, here i change it to “faq” now

    But still it is: https://lunacup.eu/blog/faq/faq-3-test/
Probably because I have set in WP Settings->Permalinks->Post name to “https://lunacup.eu/blog/sample-post/”, but I want it for my blog posts, but for faq I like to have it like this:
    https://lunacup.eu/faq/faq-3-test/

    Hi rich,

You can’t set the slug base to the same thing as the URL of a page that already exists on your site, or else there will be two locations on your site with the exact same URL. That’s why your FAQ page is now broken.

For the “blog” in the URL of the FAQs, that has nothing to do with our plugin. It sounds like you have your WordPress permalink structure set up to have “blog” in the URL of posts. You can check to see where you might have done this (e.g. in the Settings > Permalink area of the WP admin).

    Hi,

it is OK now. In Multisite, I have to change the address in the Network Admin->Sites and delete there the /blog/ from the post address.

So, now it is working as I wanted, great!
