permalink not working when permalink structure change from admin

  • Hi,
    I developed website with wp-ecommerce plugin.
    by mistake permalink structure changed from wp-admin panel.
    products page working fine. remain CMS pages permalink links are not working.
    when clink on CMS page link it blank page or 404 page.
    totally 404 page loading.. no title, no content…
    any one help me.
