Permalink not working on blog home page

  • Hi wordpress community.

    I have a weird problem with permalinks.

    I built this website:
    https://www.petalumabraces.com/
    and as you navigate through the menus you will notice that the permalinks ARE working.

    Except for one page.
    Click on any page, say:
    https://www.petalumabraces.com/what-is-orthodontics/

    and then click on:
    The first link in the menu:
    “Petaluma Braces Blog”

    You will see how it breaks. Why would this be happening.

    I can only tell you that the “Petaluma Braces Blog” link is also set to be the static home page of the blog. But the static Front Page of the wordpress site is “northbridge Orthodontics” link which, although works, also displays the page id in the url.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
