Permalink Mistake

    We have created a new website using the Agency Theme from Organized Themes through WordPress. We were attempting to go live, and made a mistake by changing the permalink address. (At least I think this is what has caused the problems.) We can no longer log in to our WordPress dashboard, site, or anything else and, consequently, can’t get in to change the permalink back. Is there any work around this? Or do you think my problem is something else.

  • Try switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    Then, as you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s vendors.
