Permalink Manager Lite – Special characters in URL

There is no official out-of-box solution available, so I am not able to provide you with a dedicated solution here. In general using non ASCII in URL addresses is not recommended:

Theoretically, you can try to filter the function that sanitizes the slugs, so both ? and ? are not stripped from the custom permalink. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that this would work exactly the way you want.
