Permalink issue

    So the issue that is frustrating me is that the permalink at the bottom of the first page of the blog, “older entries” goes to “../blog/index.php/Index.php/page/2/” and I get a 404 Error, BUT I know it should go to “../blog/index.php/page/2/” instead.

    WHERE can I change this? Do I do it through the WordPress interface or do I have to actually go to the page and modify the code?
