Permalink error message

  • Hi,

    There’s an error in my permalinks page, just at the top of it, which says that:

    Warning: is_writable(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/u287944697:/usr/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/u287944697/public_html/wp-admin/options-permalink.php on line 132 Warning: is_writable(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/u287944697:/usr/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/u287944697/public_html/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 166

    Anybody knows how to solve it?
