Permalink Error

The permalinks on my site aren’t working. When I click on my archived posts this is how it is linked: https://intualign.com/%3C?php%20the_permalink();%20?%3E

Then an error page shows up that says: You have requested the page that its no longer available or the page may have been removed. 404 page not found.

I set the permalink default to be “https://intualign.com/sample-post/”
