Permalink Duplicate content issue…

    I’m using wordpress for some time…I’ve found out that at Google webmaster tools..I’m getting a lot of duplicate content over 100… which is just in two formats ,,,, my blog is surfpk.com

    /watermark-master-2-2-14-0/-0346 [this is my blog’s original permalink]
    /watermark-master-2-2-14-0 [this is the duplication url]
    now how can i redirect the url below to my blogs permalink url…
    i want to know how can i get rid of these duplicates? either via robots.txt?? or through .htaccess file??
    Help me as early as you can….
