Permalink dashboard has no settings

I searched and found some people who had the same problem from months ago, but nothing in any of those posts seemed resolved. Except a few people who said the problem went away when they upgraded to PHP 5.0, which I’m already at.

Anyway, like the title of the post implies, I go to my “Permalink” page of the Dashboard, and there’s nothing there. Well, there’s that first sentence explaining permalinks, but then nothing… the rest of the page is blank. No settings to change.

Anyone have any ideas? Any input would be most appreciated!
