Permalink and code not updating with rename

    I have a client that’s using the pro version of your plugin and have a question. When she updates an image filename, it shows to be updated in the library, but if you go to a page where it was placed, the URL in the code isn’t updated.

    In addition, the permalink isn’t updated. Is it supposed to? I guess this is where I’m confused about permalinks, specifically for images. How can the “File URL” be different from the “permalink”?
