Permalink Always Reverts to Contact Page

Not sure why the permalink always uses .com/contact for my posts, so when you click on the thumbnail it goes to the contact page. I’ve tried changing the link with the “get shortlink” button. I thought it was the theme, but changing it did nothing. I’ve done other sites without this issue, but not in 4.0.
